After Hours Clinic
Enrolling with Taddle Creek FHT ensures you have access to a doctor or nurse, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can be seen at your doctor's office during the day or have your concerns addressed either by the nurse-staffed Telephone Health Advisory Service (THAS) or by attending the After Hours Clinic.
The THAS nurse will assess your healthcare needs and recommend one of the following:
- health advice specific to your problem
- refer you to our After Hours Clinic
- contact the on-call doctor on your behalf
- refer you to an emergency department if necessary
For urgent medical matters, you can also contact the after hours clinic Mondays-Thursdays in the early evening (see our Home Page for location and phone number)
These are not walk-in clinics and appointments can only be booked on the day itself.
After 7p.m. and on weekends please call the nursing triage service, THAS, at 1-866-553-7205.
One of our doctors is on call 24/7 as a back-up for the nursing triage service.
