Clinicians

Primary Care Provider (Physicians): Physicians with specialized certifications and experienced in methadone maintenance treatment and prescribing; manages the methadone program, provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling; also provides primary health care when necessary.

Registered Nurses: Nurses with specialized education and experience in addictions and methadone maintenance programs; work in partnership with physician to assess and clients' physical, emotional, and mental well being, provide ongoing health promotion and disease prevention education, support and advocate for clients with community partners, facilitate communication with other health providers (ex. community pharmacists), and conduct urine drug screening.

Pharmacist: Provide medication-related education and support patients on methadone maintenance

Social/Mental Health Workers: Provide mental health/addictions counseling and/or case management
